▒ 概述 SUMMARY
GZDW-01 型镉镍蓄电池直流屏是我厂总结了多年的制造以验,搜集了数百个变电站的运行记录,广泛征求设计和使用单位意见,针对目前国内同类产品普遍存在的一些问题而设计更新换代型产品。适用于电力系统中小型发电厂、变电站及以下工矿企业配电室,作为高压断路器直流操作机构的分合闸电源及控制回路、继电保护、信号回路、事故照明的直流电源。
GZDW-01 cadmium-nickel battery DC screen is an updated product designed by our factory, which has summarized the manufacturing experience for many years, collected the operation records of hundreds of substations, and extensively solicited the opinions of design and users. It is suitable for distribution rooms of small and medium-sized power plants, substations and industrial and mining enterprises below in power system, and is used as the DC power supply for switching on and off the DC operating mechanism of high-voltage circuit breakers, as well as for control circuits, relay protection, signal circuits and emergency lighting.
▒ 工作原理 OPERATING PRINCIPLE
GZDW-01 型镉镍蓄电池直流屏内装有两套三相可控硅整流装置。其中 1# 整流器按稳压方式运行,直接向控制母线供电,2# 整流器既可以按稳流方式运行,承担对蓄电池组的主充及浮充任务,蓄电池组直接向合闸母线供电,蓄电池组经挂链降压向控母供电,以保障控制母线在任何情况下都保持电压连续。
Two sets of three-phase thyristor rectifier devices are installed in the DC panel of GZDW-01 cadmium-nickel battery. Among them, 1 # rectifier operates in a voltage stabilizing mode and supplies power directly to the control bus, while 2 # rectifier can operate in a current stabilizing mode and undertake the main charging and floating charging tasks for the battery pack, which supplies power directly to the closing bus, and the battery pack supplies power to the control bus through chain drop to ensure that the control bus keeps voltage ontinuity under any circumstances.
▒ 主要特点 MAIN FEATURES
♦用三相全控桥式整流器代替了传统产品中的铁磁饱和式主充机,浮充机,克服了传统产品稳压、稳流精度低噪声大、温升高等缺点。
♦备用通道的调入方工采用无触点开关动投入。
♦本系列直流屏对蓄电池的充电采用较佳的充电方式,前期恒流,后期恒压,并可实现充电状态的自动转换。
♦本系列直流屏设有自动稳流,动稳压、限流、短路保护及过压保护功能。
♦整机可对外输出母线电压高低,母线接地,充电机故障等信号接点
♦ Three-phase fully-controlled bridge rectifier is used to replace the ferromagnetic saturated main charger and floating charger in traditional products, which overcomes the shortcomings of traditional products such as low voltage stabilization, low current stabilization accuracy, high noise and high temperature rise.
♦ Non-contact switch shall be used for the transfer-in of the spare channel.
♦ This series of DC screens adopt the best charging mode for battery charging, with constant current in the early stage and constant voltage in the later stage, and can realize automatic conversion of charging state.
♦ This series of DC screens have the functions of automatic current stabilization, dynamic voltage stabilization, current limiting, short circuit protection and overvoltage protection.
♦ The whole machine can output signal contacts such as bus voltage, bus grounding and charger failure.
